VMTA POLICY & PRICES

1.  Pay as you go sessions are ONLY available for SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES (such as is not being a member yet or not having paid the subscription on time.)

2.  Missing session:  If a member cannot attend a session, can only attend to another session from the same week, by notifying us before hand. No funds will be refunded nor session will be kept for future uses.

3.  Freezing a subscription:  Any member can freeze the subscription with at least 1 week notice. The cost for freezing a subscription is £5 in order to keep the membership/space.

4.  Failing to pay on time: Will carry a £5 charge if the situation repeats two times in a row. Also PAY AS YOU GO will be applied( for the sessions attended until the subscription is being paid. )

5.  Cancelling a subscription: In order to cancel a subscription we need to be notified by text at least 1 week before the due payment. Any payment taken afterwards would not be refunded if it was not notified on time.

6.  Re-joining: For ex members than come back to the academy a new joining fee will be charged if the member left for more than a year and new subscriptions prices will also be applied.

8. All members please try to attend 5 min before the lesson in order to sign in and even if you attending late make sure you sign in before joining the class.

9. All members must be dressed appropriately ( top, shorts and leggings if desired).

10. No swearing words are allowed in the Academy premises.
